What is Click to Call?

Click to call is an add-on for Internet explorer which enables Lync to identify phone numbers in websites and make calls by simply clicking on the phone number.

Prerequisites

Lync infrastructure \ Lync Client 2010\2013

Internet Explorer Latest

 

Enable ad-Ons

Open >> IE >> Internet Options >> Programs >> Add-on Types (Toolbars and Extensions) >> Enable

·         Lync Browser Helper

·         Lync Click to Call

Enable Number Detection by Click the Icon below and select “Enable number detection”

Or you can use

Tools >> click “Lync Click to Call”

Click on Lync icon to make calls

Lync client will open and click on dial to make the call

Save Printed Documents in Windows - Printer Auditing

Enable Keep Printed Document in Windows;
1.    Right Click Printer > Properties
2.    Advanced > Tick "Keep Printed Document"
3.    Apply > OK


Default document location;
Default document location "C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\SPOOL" (After this you can find the spool files in the directory
"..\system32\spool\PRINTERS")


To Change the default location edit;
1.    Locate "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Print\Printers\"your printername"
2.    Set, the "SpoolDirectory" value to a new directory location.
3.    Restart the print spooler service

Monitoring \ Mirroring Port - HP ProCurve Switch 4208vl

Port mirroring can be configured through the Menu, CLI and Web User Interface.

 Scenario :

In this example you want to monitor (mirror) all traffic from port A22 to port A2:

 Logging to the Switch Web URL. (https://xxx.xxx.xxx.x)

 

 Click on Monitor Port

 

 Select a Port to monitor >> Apply Changes

 

To Turn off the monitoring

 

Using CLI (Telnet ting to switch)

Turn on monitoring:
SW_01#config

SW_01(config)# mirror-port A2

SW_01(config)# interface ethernet A22 monitor

Verify:

SW_01(config)# sh monitor

Network Monitoring Port

Mirror Port: A2

Monitoring sources

Writing changes to the switch

SW_01(config)# wr mem

Turn off monitoring:

SW_01(config)# no mirror-port A2

Step – 1

Creating a certificate request

1.       Open IIS

2.       Right click Default Site then Properties

3.       Click Directory Security  tab

4.       Click Server Certificate

5.       Type the site name (FQDN)

 

6.       Fill the Organization Details

7.       Type the site name (FQDN)

8.       Type Regional Settings 

9.       Save the request

10.   Submit the certification to the CA and obtain the cert.

11.   Once got the cert proceed Step -2 

Step -2

Installing Certificate

1.       Open IIS

2.       Right click Default Site then Properties

3.       Directory Security  tab

4.       Click Server Certificate

5.       Select Process the pending request and install the certificate

6.       Enter the certificate path (CA response receive in above step -1)

7.       Complete the IIS Wizard

Step -3

ADFS Changes

1.       Open ADFS Console (Start > All programs> Administrative tools > Active Directory Services)

2.       Right click on Federation Service and Properties

3.       On the General tab click on Select

 

4.       Select the New Certificate

5.       Apply (If you got any warning click on Accept)

6.       Click on View to verify the certificate then click on OK

7.       Right Click on Trust Policy click Properties

8.       On the Verification Certificates tab remove the unwanted Certificates make sure the new cert is show here then close the window.

9.       IIS reset will required
